New study casts doubts on effectiveness of personalized learning program in New Jersey

After three years of personalized learning, a recent study showed students in a New Jersey district fared no better on the state’s math tests than other students who learned in a more traditioanal way. The authors of the report cautioned against drawing too many conclusions about personalized learning from this one study, but the results highlight an ongoing debate.
